The noise was a problem! i could hear everything from the neighbors. It seemed like the walls were paper thin. also, the kettle lead was too short. I had to put it on the floor to boil it, which wasn't ideal at all.

The room was spacious and clean. I had a view of the City of Arts and Sciences from my balcony. The sight was amazing!!! It was easy to walk there. I found the hotel's location convenient for both exploring and relaxing, especially with the bus stop nearby for getting to the city center.

I found the parking fee to be somewhat high.

the location was good, it was near the city of arts. it had a metro nearby too. my room was great, AND the whole place is super clean. staff are friendly. ALL in all, it's a good hotel.

the bedroom design i did not like. when wardrobe door IS open you can't get into bathroom. the lead for kettle didn't reach the socket so i put it on the floor to boil. very few umbrellas were around the pool.

The room was spacious and clean. Heating worked effectively and kept the room very comfortable. The provided towels, toiletries, and hairdryer were excellent. The shower was very good, and I liked the tea and coffee facilities available in the room.

The telephone in the room didn't function, even after reporting it to reception twice.

The hotel is conveniently situated a few minutes from the city center via bus. The bus stop is right across the road. The Arts and Science district is within walking distance, a nice feature. Reaching the beach requires a short bus ride from a nearby stop.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and this ensured a consistent level of comfort. I found blackout blinds provided effective darkness, helpful for sleeping. Air conditioning was good and maintained a comfortable temperature, though it could be a little noisy.

All staff members were kind and helpful, and this improved my overall experience. The reception staff readily called taxis when needed. I was allowed to use the facilities after check-out because I had a late flight, and I really appreciated this.
